 Gola
Bartek Gola

Managing partner of SpeedUp Group, entrepreneur and innovator. Co-creator of over a dozen technological startups. He studied at the Poznan University of Economics. After the graduation he connected himself with the marketing branch. There he came through all career levels up to the Managing Partner in BTL Group (shareholder and co-creator) and TEQUILA\ Poland . He was the creator and Management Director of the first Polish advertisement Holding INDIGITY SA. An author of a few dozen scientific publications in the range of marketing and business strategies. Over many years the Director of the Stowarzyszenie Marketingu Bezpośredniego (Polish Direct Marketing Association).

Zuzana Fedorková

Zuzana Fedorková is the founder of Eastist, a platform for connecting entrepreneurs and innovators in central and eastern Europe, and a product consultant focusing on social experiences on the web. She currently lives in Berlin, where she worked as head of product management for ResearchGate before diving into the central and eastern European startup world as a writer and a mentor. Previously, she worked as a product manager at Oodle, a startup in Silicon Valley, building next generation social commerce tools. She is a graduate of Stanford University.

Patryk Filipiak

Attorney and partner in FilipiakBabicz Legal Office. Awarded by the Regional Attorneys’ Council in Poznań for the best result achieved in the attorney’s examination in 2010. In the same year, he passed the liquidator licence examination. Member of the Chair of Civil Procedure at the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. Currently, finished a Ph.D. dissertation. He is also dealing with the issue of bankruptcy law, in particular international bankruptcy law. Graduate of this university, awarded with the Chancellor’s medal for outstanding educational results. Graduate of one-year studies in law at the University of Trier and the German Law School at the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. He is the author of dozen or so publications concerning bankruptcy law, commercial insurance law and civil procedure, as well as co-author of the commentary to the directive no. 1346/2000 on bankruptcy proceedings. Member of international bankruptcy association INSOL EUROPE. Cooperates with the Allerhand Institute and the Polish School of the Judiciary and Prosecution Service, where he runs trainings for judges in bankruptcy proceedings. In his professional practice, he specializes in the issues of bankruptcy and restructuring law, commercial companies, M&A, and handling civil (commercial) court litigations. He has served many commercial companies, including public and energy companies (project of constructing the biggest in Europe conventional power plant with the coal mine and wind farm projects). Has managed legal teams preparing and handling acquisitions of companies, has given advice on debuts on New Connect. Has a lot of experience in intellectual property and data protection law. Member of supervisory boards Polish joint stock companies (S.A.) Speaks English fluently and German.

Julia 
 Derndinger
Julia Derndinger

Julia graduated from the Leipzig Graduate School auf Management (HHL). Before, she was working for the media company Bertelsmann and mobile phone operator E-Plus. In 2004 Julia founded her first company trendwerk77 and introduced mobile phone straps and other accessories for mobile phones to the European market. Since 2008 she is involved in the Berlin start-up scene and organizes the German EO Accelerator Program for young entrepreneuers. Within the program over 100 entrepreneuers got trained to become more successfull. Since 2011, Julia is General Manager of imedo an online website for patients with a doctor search.

Kevin 
 Dykes

Kevin Dykes is Founder of Traction Labs and former Co-Founder & CEO of ScaleUp Cloud - a career technology entrepreneur since 1996. Through a mix of successful exits and painful failures, he has experience in how to not only build a successful company, but to survive the ups and downs of the startup life. Kevin's daily focus is on Product Management, Business Development and Go-To-Market Strategy for web and mobile products. He is also a an avid cook and an Austinite (Texan) in Berlin, Germany

Tomasz
 Czapliński
Tomasz Czapliński

Tomasz is a managing director at LMS Invest, seed investment fund from Poznan. Recently Tomasz was managing several startups. Prior to that he was working as a strategy consultant for both SMEs and large corporations. Tomasz graduated in Capital Investments and Financial Strategies from Poznan University of Economics. His focus is on business modeling, financial forecasting and valuations. In his free time Tomasz develops his programming skills and enjoys cabarets.

Graduated from Poznan University of Economics with a logistics management degree. Passionate of new technology and their use for the improvement of management processes, he develops his skills by organizing TEDxPoznań, among others. Loves traveling and Sherlock Holmes movies.

Student at Poznan University of Economics, Department of Computer Science and Electronic Commerce (should gradute in june 2012). Till march 2012 worked at Siepomaga.pl as development specialist. Co-creator of MakeItRational.com and AHPproject.com. Graduated from Poznan University of Technology. After graduation he used to teach students at Institute of Electrical Engineering and Electronics. An author of a few scientific publications related to Analytic Hierarchy Process and multi-criteria decision making. Lives in Poznan.
