Michał Kreczmar

Since August 2011 Michał took the position of  Business Development Director Advertising Products responsible for creating new innovative advertising products. From January 2009 Michał was and Ecommerce & Direct marketing publishing director responsible for performance based marketing, ecommerce and direct marketing activities. He started his career in Agora in January 2008 as the Publishing Director of Business & Technology online verticals in Agora’s Internet Division.  Before joining Agora, till the end of December 2008, he worked for International Data Group, where he was Online Publisher responsible for management of whole online business in polish division. In 1997 Michał was promoted to an Editor in Chief of first polish monthly concerning internet – Cyber published by IDG. In 1994 he started career at IDG as a journalist of polish edition of Computerworld weekly. Since 2004 Michał is hosting dozen of conferences concerning various e-business topics from ecommerce, social nets, communities, through advertisement, media to events for top management of polish online businesses. Michał Kreczmar was born in 1969. He graduated from Information Science at the Warsaw University. He also completed Scientific, Technology and Business Information Science at Warsaw College of Information, Archival and Library Science.

20 years of professional experience, including 18 as a private entrepreneur shaped my business approach, based on the rule – First persuade, since in business you get only what you have negotiated. Business is subject to risks and uncertainties. When negotiating, buying or selling there is no room for mistakes since the outcome affects bank accounts. I share knowledge and experience with managers, salesmen and merchants who are open to self-development, pro-activity, and are strongly self-motivated to learn their areas of development.

E-commerce professional with expertise in performance marketing, SEM and web analytics. Led e-commerce department of the biggest Polish shooting & outdoor retailer (Militaria.pl) and was responsible for online marketing of Ceneo.pl - market leader in comparison shopping. Currently supports creation and developement of tools for merchants cooperating with Ceneo.pl and is involved in educational activities of Allegro Group.

Patryk Filipiak

Attorney and partner in FilipiakBabicz Legal Office. Awarded by the Regional Attorneys’ Council in Poznań for the best result achieved in the attorney’s examination in 2010. In the same year, he passed the liquidator licence examination. Member of the Chair of Civil Procedure at the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. Currently, finished a Ph.D. dissertation. He is also dealing with the issue of bankruptcy law, in particular international bankruptcy law. Graduate of this university, awarded with the Chancellor’s medal for outstanding educational results. Graduate of one-year studies in law at the University of Trier and the German Law School at the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. He is the author of dozen or so publications concerning bankruptcy law, commercial insurance law and civil procedure, as well as co-author of the commentary to the directive no. 1346/2000 on bankruptcy proceedings. Member of international bankruptcy association INSOL EUROPE. Cooperates with the Allerhand Institute and the Polish School of the Judiciary and Prosecution Service, where he runs trainings for judges in bankruptcy proceedings. In his professional practice, he specializes in the issues of bankruptcy and restructuring law, commercial companies, M&A, and handling civil (commercial) court litigations. He has served many commercial companies, including public and energy companies (project of constructing the biggest in Europe conventional power plant with the coal mine and wind farm projects). Has managed legal teams preparing and handling acquisitions of companies, has given advice on debuts on New Connect. Has a lot of experience in intellectual property and data protection law. Member of supervisory boards Polish joint stock companies (S.A.) Speaks English fluently and German.

Kevin Dykes is Founder of Traction Labs and former Co-Founder & CEO of ScaleUp Cloud - a career technology entrepreneur since 1996. Through a mix of successful exits and painful failures, he has experience in how to not only build a successful company, but to survive the ups and downs of the startup life. Kevin's daily focus is on Product Management, Business Development and Go-To-Market Strategy for web and mobile products. He is also a an avid cook and an Austinite (Texan) in Berlin, Germany

Wojtek Ławniczak

Wojtek Ławniczak is an advisor with 15 years of experience in the field of business advisory for private and public sector, focusing on branding and communication strategies with specialization: marketing of B2B services. For the last ten years Wojtek has been working in the PwC Marketing and Advisory Practice, advising ao. EIB on implementing JESSICA funds in Europe, Polish cities on a bid for hosting UEFA EURO 2012, Polish Ministry of Foreign Affairs on preparing Polish EU 2011 Presidency, several Polish regions and cities and foreign investors (with special emphasis on businesses from German-speaking countries) in investment location process in Poland. Now, Wojtek supports Polish family businesses on marketing communications and branding. His passion is music.

Within a year you will find MoodUp on iPads in the waiting rooms of modern dental clinics in Europe and USA. MoodUp has been created by Ola & Pawel - modern parents, young entrepreneurs.
