In 2003 bought "Getting Things Done" book by David Allen and discovered that common sense is already here -- it's just not very evenly distributed. So decided to spread the word as the author of the popular "BIZNES BEZ STRESU" blog and Zen To Done summer course (in Polish).
What it takes to be a PR person? Monika Synoradzka has it all: she eagerly plays with marketing tools, does not like monotony and inactivity, so you will not find her lying on the couch. She has a thirst of knowledge and exploration of everything that is connected with marketing, public relations and new technologies. She specializes in communications addressed to women - the true one. The author of the blog www.marketingdokobiet.pl, organizer TEDxPoznań and PoznańPR and co host of other initiatives. In real life she is working for one of Poznań's PR agency.
Constanze Buchheim is an expert on careers in the digital age. After her economics studies she started her career as executive assistant at Spreadshirt, a renowned German E-Commerce company. Building up the HR resort there from scratch, she realized how hard it was to find suitable employees for internet companies. That was the reason for her founding i-potentials in 2009, a career network that addresses both internet companies and professionals. Through counseling several internet companies during intense growth periods and her coaching training, Constanze developed professional expertise in the areas of HR and leadership for startups. She regularly blogs on HR and leadership in startups on the German blog www.gruenderszene.de
General Manager of Essel Deutschland, the German market leader for laminated tubes for cosmetics and oral care applications. After he graduated from Technical University of Dresden in Engineering and Managment he joint GE's Technical Leadership Program. Following assigments in Germany, Belgium and Poland he got involved in a major greenfield startup for GE in south Poland. After growing the plant in various leadership roles to a 1000+ employees site he left GE to returun to Germany into his current role. Matt is a creative thinker, with wide areas of interest ranging from renewable energy, e-mobility, energy preservation, photography and IT integration unitl automation projects and databases.

In the past two years designed the strategy for: Telewizja N, Amica, VOX, Decora, Sodexho, Endo, Polpharma, Wema, WSNHiD, SWPS. Former managed strategy at TEQUILA\Polska and \CONNECT – the strategic consultancy business unit at TBWA Group. Lecturer at Szkoła Strategii Marki, Akademia Komunikacji Marketingowej (www.sar.org.pl), leads business strategy course at postgraduate Design Management & Innovation Management Studies at SWPS & WSNHiD. Author of several articles on strategy and communication, among others for Harvard Business Review (Polska). Co-founder and Chief Opportunity Finder at GreenHat Innovations.
Mirka graduated from Poznań University of Adam Mickiewicz. She started her career in Institute of Psychology as research worker. At the same time she cooperated with business as a consultant. Mirka is author of several publications in the area personal development and emotional competence. In 2010 she started career as a coach. Currently she collaborates with SWPS (University of Social Sciences and Humanities) and she works with managers, she specializes in career coaching and life coaching: social competence, work- life balance. In her daily work she connects science with practice.
