I graduated from Poznań University of Adam Mickiewicz. I worked a long time in art marketing (Wieniawski Society, Malta Foundation – Polish Presentation on Hannover Expo 2000, Adam Mickiewicz Institute – Coordinator of Polish Year in Austria). After that I started with e-marketing and e-commerce that I used already in former projects abroad. I worked 5 years for Quelle Polska and Vox Capital Group, accomplished different marketing and e-commerce projects. Parallel I studied Coaching at Szkoła Wyższa Psychologii Społecznej. Mixed these experience I decided to be a coach and e-commerce and e-marketing consultant. As a coach I work mostly with small business, start-ups and individuals to bring their performance on highest level, make it more efficient and ecological. I belive, that coaching help people realize huge things.
Mirka graduated from Poznań University of Adam Mickiewicz. She started her career in Institute of Psychology as research worker. At the same time she cooperated with business as a consultant. Mirka is author of several publications in the area personal development and emotional competence. In 2010 she started career as a coach. Currently she collaborates with SWPS (University of Social Sciences and Humanities) and she works with managers, she specializes in career coaching and life coaching: social competence, work- life balance. In her daily work she connects science with practice.
Tomasz is a business leader and an online media expert with extensive experience in Europe and the United States. For the past six years, he was overseeing Agora’s rapidly growing Internet operations. Prior to joining Agora, he worked for The New York Times Company, where he was responsible for marketing and promotion of NYTimes.com, a leading online news source. Since December 2008, he is involved in Online Publishers Association Europe as its President. Tomasz holds degrees from the New York University Stern School of Business and University of Maryland College Park. In his spare time, Tomasz is an avid runner and has an ambition to complete his first marathon this year.
Head of ciufcia.com, in which he actively works in order to increase productivity. He pursues ideas that matter and believes in people who passionately create them. He thinks that sharing one’s knowledge and experience can help others. Constantly searches new ways and solutions. Typical thinking and common paths disgusts him. He naively believes that the projects, which he has been sacrificing most of his life for, change the world for better. He likes plain situations and concrete people.
Agnieszka is a managing partner at korrelat grupa doradcza. Graduated in Capital Investments and Financial Strategies from Poznan University of Economics. Experienced financial controller. She has been supporting the Board Members of number of SMEs (Small Medium Enterprises) for the last 15 years. She specializes in building strategic and operational business plans and valuations; successfully restructures and streamlines business processes. Agnieszka is always open to new challenges, strongly self-motivated to learn and participate in new ventures throughout her life.
Before co-founding Point Nine Capital in 2011, Pawel was a co-founder and partner at Team Europe where he led Team Europe’s investment activities. Prior to that, Pawel worked as an Associate for the US investment banking firm Greenhill & Co. in Frankfurt and London. Previously, he graduated from the Leipzig Graduate School of Management (HHL). He is fluent in English, German and Polish and has a basic command of Russian.
