I graduated from Poznań University of Adam Mickiewicz. I worked a long time in art marketing (Wieniawski Society, Malta Foundation – Polish Presentation on Hannover Expo 2000, Adam Mickiewicz Institute – Coordinator of Polish Year in Austria). After that I started with e-marketing and e-commerce that I used already in former projects abroad. I worked 5 years for Quelle Polska and Vox Capital Group, accomplished different marketing and e-commerce projects. Parallel I studied Coaching at Szkoła Wyższa Psychologii Społecznej. Mixed these experience I decided to be a coach and e-commerce and e-marketing consultant. As a coach I work mostly with small business, start-ups and individuals to bring their performance on highest level, make it more efficient and ecological. I belive, that coaching help people realize huge things.
Constanze Buchheim is an expert on careers in the digital age. After her economics studies she started her career as executive assistant at Spreadshirt, a renowned German E-Commerce company. Building up the HR resort there from scratch, she realized how hard it was to find suitable employees for internet companies. That was the reason for her founding i-potentials in 2009, a career network that addresses both internet companies and professionals. Through counseling several internet companies during intense growth periods and her coaching training, Constanze developed professional expertise in the areas of HR and leadership for startups. Ken Globerman is an investment professional specializing in the start-up and SME marketplace for high growth sectors such as technology infrastructure services, digital media and energy utility services. He is dual-located between New York, NY and Warsaw, Poland, where he founded Global Group – a private equity services business founded to explore and facilitate Central Eastern Europe investment opportunities in and around Poland. Through Global Group, Ken also provides management training in Entrepreneurial Finance and traditional Corporate Finance topics to middle management of large organizations as well as entrepreneurs of Polish start-ups. He is also organizing Entrepreneurial Finance workshops with Polish academic institutions, technology parks and accelerators such as Brama Innovation/Technology Labs.

At his current position he is in charge of business planning, forecasting, revenue management and tailored marketing tactics in Polish branch of the biggest logistics company on the World. However his previous experiences came from companies different size and different industries. He was responsible for the successful launch of mobile internet offer on B2C market in T-Mobile Poland with annually revenue growths 350% and the marketing for the biggest portal site in Poland Onet.pl. He also run interactive advertising agency and conducted complex, self-created training sessions in range of commercial Internet and "Art of selling", "Public relations", "Project management". Zuzana Fedorková is the founder of Eastist, a platform for connecting entrepreneurs and innovators in central and eastern Europe, and a product consultant focusing on social experiences on the web. She currently lives in Berlin, where she worked as head of product management for ResearchGate before diving into the central and eastern European startup world as a writer and a mentor. Previously, she worked as a product manager at Oodle, a startup in Silicon Valley, building next generation social commerce tools. She is a graduate of Stanford University.
