Ken Globerman is an investment professional specializing in the start-up and SME marketplace for high growth sectors such as technology infrastructure services, digital media and energy utility services. He is dual-located between New York, NY and Warsaw, Poland, where he founded Global Group – a private equity services business founded to explore and facilitate Central Eastern Europe investment opportunities in and around Poland. Through Global Group, Ken also provides management training in Entrepreneurial Finance and traditional Corporate Finance topics to middle management of large organizations as well as entrepreneurs of Polish start-ups. He is also organizing Entrepreneurial Finance workshops with Polish academic institutions, technology parks and accelerators such as Brama Innovation/Technology Labs.

Wojtek Ławniczak is an advisor with 15 years of experience in the field of business advisory for private and public sector, focusing on branding and communication strategies with specialization: marketing of B2B services. For the last ten years Wojtek has been working in the PwC Marketing and Advisory Practice, advising ao. EIB on implementing JESSICA funds in Europe, Polish cities on a bid for hosting UEFA EURO 2012, Polish Ministry of Foreign Affairs on preparing Polish EU 2011 Presidency, several Polish regions and cities and foreign investors (with special emphasis on businesses from German-speaking countries) in investment location process in Poland. Now, Wojtek supports Polish family businesses on marketing communications and branding. His passion is music.

Sebastian has nearly 10 years of experience in public relations in Poland and other European markets. He specializes in corporate relations, product communication and crisis management. In recent years, Sebastian coordinated reputation management international groups for major IT companies from the Fortune Top 500, simultaneously on several key markets in Central and Eastern Europe. He worked in the biggest Polish and network PR agencies and projects which won recognition in the major PR competitions in Poland and abroad. Sebastian was involved in initiatives like the "Internet Revolution" by Google in collaboration with home.pl and PKPP Lewiatan and LD "onLife" campaign which was awarded with 2 "Złote Spinacze" and Sabre awards. He was responsible for the launch of the first Polish regional airline Direct Fly - he was responsible for brand marketing and communication strategy and acting simultaneously as the Direct Fly spokesperson. Sebastian clients include brands like LG Electronics, Google, IBM Poland, Microsoft, Allegro, GE Energy, Kingston Technologies, OKI, Irdeto, SanDisk, McAfee, NaviExpert, MPM Products, BLStream, Direct Fly and many other companies from the technology sector. In his spare time he enjoys sailing, horse riding and saves old-timers from corrosion and oblivion and then equips them with way too powerful car audio systems. Often rides a two-wheeler.
