Sebastian has nearly 10 years of experience in public relations in Poland and other European markets. He specializes in corporate relations, product communication and crisis management. In recent years, Sebastian coordinated reputation management international groups for major IT companies from the Fortune Top 500, simultaneously on several key markets in Central and Eastern Europe. He worked in the biggest Polish and network PR agencies and projects which won recognition in the major PR competitions in Poland and abroad. Sebastian was involved in initiatives like the "Internet Revolution" by Google in collaboration with home.pl and PKPP Lewiatan and LD "onLife" campaign which was awarded with 2 "Złote Spinacze" and Sabre awards. He was responsible for the launch of the first Polish regional airline Direct Fly - he was responsible for brand marketing and communication strategy and acting simultaneously as the Direct Fly spokesperson. Sebastian clients include brands like LG Electronics, Google, IBM Poland, Microsoft, Allegro, GE Energy, Kingston Technologies, OKI, Irdeto, SanDisk, McAfee, NaviExpert, MPM Products, BLStream, Direct Fly and many other companies from the technology sector. In his spare time he enjoys sailing, horse riding and saves old-timers from corrosion and oblivion and then equips them with way too powerful car audio systems. Often rides a two-wheeler. Learns to play weird instruments. Sebastian is also a DJ - in his sets he combines new and classic sounds.
I graduated from Poznań University of Adam Mickiewicz. I worked a long time in art marketing (Wieniawski Society, Malta Foundation – Polish Presentation on Hannover Expo 2000, Adam Mickiewicz Institute – Coordinator of Polish Year in Austria). After that I started with e-marketing and e-commerce that I used already in former projects abroad. I worked 5 years for Quelle Polska and Vox Capital Group, accomplished different marketing and e-commerce projects. Parallel I studied Coaching at Szkoła Wyższa Psychologii Społecznej. Mixed these experience I decided to be a coach and e-commerce and e-marketing consultant. As a coach I work mostly with small business, start-ups and individuals to bring their performance on highest level, make it more efficient and ecological. I belive, that coaching help people realize huge things.
What it takes to be a PR person? Monika Synoradzka has it all: she eagerly plays with marketing tools, does not like monotony and inactivity, so you will not find her lying on the couch. She has a thirst of knowledge and exploration of everything that is connected with marketing, public relations and new technologies. She specializes in communications addressed to women - the true one. The author of the blog www.marketingdokobiet.pl, organizer TEDxPoznań and PoznańPR and co host of other initiatives. In real life she is working for one of Poznań's PR agency.

Since August 2011 Michał took the position of Business Development Director Advertising Products responsible for creating new innovative advertising products. From January 2009 Michał was and Ecommerce & Direct marketing publishing director responsible for performance based marketing, ecommerce and direct marketing activities. He started his career in Agora in January 2008 as the Publishing Director of Business & Technology online verticals in Agora’s Internet Division. Before joining Agora, till the end of December 2008, he worked for International Data Group, where he was Online Publisher responsible for management of whole online business in polish division. In 1997 Michał was promoted to an Editor in Chief of first polish monthly concerning internet – Cyber published by IDG. In 1994 he started career at IDG as a journalist of polish edition of Computerworld weekly. Since 2004 Michał is hosting dozen of conferences concerning various e-business topics from ecommerce, social nets, communities, through advertisement, media to events for top management of polish online businesses. Michał Kreczmar was born in 1969. He graduated from Information Science at the Warsaw University. He also completed Scientific, Technology and Business Information Science at Warsaw College of Information, Archival and Library Science.
