Tomasz is a managing director at LMS Invest, seed investment fund from Poznan. Recently Tomasz was managing several startups. Prior to that he was working as a strategy consultant for both SMEs and large corporations. Tomasz graduated in Capital Investments and Financial Strategies from Poznan University of Economics. His focus is on business modeling, financial forecasting and valuations. In his free time Tomasz develops his programming skills and enjoys cabarets.

Associate at Assets Management Black Lion (Polish VC fund) in 2010, Prior to that Piotr was working at one of Family Office that manages privately held growth capital companies. Last 7 years he has been working on venture capital and private equity deals. He is also engaged in post-investment Funds’ portfolio supervision. Prior to that, Piotr has worked for Investment Fund Companies as a Analyst and Funds’ Accountant. He graduated from Warsaw School of Economics (Finance and Banking) and University of Warsaw (Management).
Constanze Buchheim is an expert on careers in the digital age. After her economics studies she started her career as executive assistant at Spreadshirt, a renowned German E-Commerce company. Building up the HR resort there from scratch, she realized how hard it was to find suitable employees for internet companies. That was the reason for her founding i-potentials in 2009, a career network that addresses both internet companies and professionals. Through counseling several internet companies during intense growth periods and her coaching training, Constanze developed professional expertise in the areas of HR and leadership for startups.
