After 12 years of research/consulting engagements in Europe, Aga decided that it would be great to work with Polish companies that set users as the most important part of the development of their products and services. In her daily work she combines science with design and technical, humanistic and operational experiences to get strategic view on business from User Experience perspective. Aga received her PhD at the Faculty of Industrial Design of the Technical University Eindhoven, the Netherlands. Currently, she works at Warsaw School of Social Sciences and Humanities and runs her own consulting company. In her spare time Aga is leading Polish chapter ACM SIG CHI and blogs about User Experience at uxplus.pl
